5: Inadequate Use Of Stop Loss Placement

I’ve tried all types of stop loss placement options and I used to wonder why after I would get stopped out and then price would move in the direction that I wanted it go to.

Turns out, I was placing my stop loss a locations that had a high probability of getting stopped out. When you place a buy/sell order and place your stop loss “x” pips away, you are really setting yourself up easily to get stopped out by the price movement.

Solution:  best place to place stop loss.
